The younger the site and the fewer backlinks it has, the more cautious the profile should be. Exact-match anchors above 10–15% are a common filter trigger.

Why anchor distribution matters

Since Penguin, Google looks not only at how many backlinks you have but also at how natural they look. If most links use the same exact-match keyword, that signals manipulation. Real people usually link with the brand name, the site address or words like "here" and "this site".

What is a naked URL link?

A link whose text is the page address itself (https://site.com/) or a neutral word such as "here", "click here" or "this site". It contains no keyword, so it looks as natural as possible.

How many exact-match anchors should I use?

For most sites: 5–10% of all links to the page. Young sites should stay closer to 5%, while strong domains with a large link profile can go up to 10–15%.

Can I paste the anchors into my order?

Yes. Copy the list and paste it into the "Anchor" field in the cart, or send it to us as a file. If you don't specify anchors, we will pick them ourselves using the same approach.

Does every page need its own anchor list?

Yes, the distribution is calculated separately for each page the links point to. Generate a list for each target page with its main keyword.
